Basic Information
Player Nickname: (Dylan.)
Profile URL: (The Flash)
Do you want other role players to give you feed back? (Yes or No) Sure.
Which DCU Earth are you applying to?: Earth (1-4) Earth - 4.
Character Origin: (Comic/Movie/TVshow/Mixed? If mixed, state what combinations you're using.) I like the character's origin to be from the TV Show, but most of his abilities are based from the comics.
Face Claim's Name: (Grant Gustin)
Name: Bartholomew Henry "Barry" Allen
Alias: The Flash
Race: Human, Meta-Human
Age: Early 20's
Birthday: (If Applicable)
Alignment: Lawful Good.
Height: 5'11''
Weight: 165 lbs.
Hair: Dirty Blonde
Eyes: Blue
Physique: Barry has an average built body, packed with well-toned muscles. The discerning feature, however, are his legs which are more muscular and toned than the rest of his body from the constant running.
Training: Barry is a forensic scientist, which means that he is knowledgeable with chemistry, physics, and most sciences. In combat he does not have an art form but can fight opponents much stronger and powerful than him due to his speed.
Equipment: He has a fireproof and fiction-proof suit which allows him to run at incredible speeds without burning up. His left earpiece is also a communications device.
Powers / Abilities
(List as many as you need)
Superhuman Speed: Barry is a part of the collection of speeds in the entire universe known as the speed force. Due to this, he can run at incredible speeds, even at the speed of light, this however takes an immutable toll on his body not only physically but also mentally.
Accelerated Healing: Barry can heal himself at an accelerated rate, ten times faster than an average human.
Phasing: By vibrating at a certain speed and level, he can achieve intangibility and move through solid objects with ease.
Supercharged brain activity: Barry's brain can move just as fast as his body, he can think faster, solve problems and craft theories in his mind even before a normal person can lift their hand.
Weaknesses
Barry's biggest weakness is his humanity, which means that he is not immortal or invincible to anything that could kill a normal human. Examples of this would be bullets, diseases, knives, swords, etc.
Another weakness he has is his heroism, any super villain could easily distract Barry by putting someone's life in danger, forcing Barry to prioritize the people before the villain.
RELATIONSHIPS:
Iris West - Barry's long time friend. He is also in love with her, almost unconditionally.
Harold Jordan - Barry's bestfriend and crime-fighting partner.
Cisco Ramon - Barry's friend and eyes and ears during his missions
Caitlyn Snow - A friend of Barry's who takes care of his injuries and is most of the time the one who gives him advice
Oliver Queen - A fellow crime fighter who has become one of Barry's closest friend and ally.
John Diggle - Barry's friend.
Felicity Smoak - Barry and Felicity once had a mutual relationship of one another, but realized that it was not meant to be. Fortunately they are both on good terms, and are really close friends.
Wally West - Iris' nephew who got struck by lightning the same way Barry did. Barry has been training Wally to become a superhero as well.
Leonard Snart - Leader of the rogues who plagues Barry by constantly terrorizing banks and stealing precious items with his team, the Rogues.
Eobard Thawne - Barry's greatest nemesis who killed Barry's mother. Barry has a great hatred towards Eobard and the feeling is mutual.

Audition post
"I really don't understand why you decided to be here of all places." Hal spoke in a disinterested tone as he sat on a table next to Barry. "This is the perfect place to be when you need to relax." he smiled at him, carefully watching the jazz band play their music. "Besides, jazz is amazing."
"Sure it is pal." Hal groaned as he looked at Barry, "Why couldn't you invite Iris along? or that tech-friend of yours?"
Barry turned his attention to Hal, his gut twisting at the sound of her name Iris. "They both have a lot on their hands." he replied with a smile to mask the drops of sadness he felt inside. "Besides, Iris is with Eddie, and Felicity...well she's complicated." he clasped his hands around the glass of martini he ordered and took measured sips. Barry loved to be here especially in times that he didn't feel like communicating to the world, but today he decided to bring his best friend along. He needed someone to finally confide to, Felicity, Cisco, Caitlyn were all good people to Barry, but Hal was the only one he knew that would understand him.
Barry's phone began to vibrate, he fished the device from his pocket and pulled it out to take a closer look as to whom was calling, Iris West. "Well speak of the devil." he then pressed the answer button, "Iris?" his voice trailed off as soon as it escaped his lips. "I'm...I'm on my way." the expression on his face couldn't be decoded, whether it was fear, or worry. The blonde lifted his head up to Hal, "I'm so sorry, but I have to go."
Hal then lifted his hand, "Don't be. It's fine. Really." he gave off a small chuckle and scratched behind his ear.
Barry then stood up from his seat, "I'll see you later buddy." he said. As soon as his foot reached outside the jazz club he zoomed towards the location Iris called from, the speed felt amazing, as the wind brushed off against his face. Running at high-speeds was the highlight of his life, and Barry wouldn't trade it for anything in the world, except for Iris. The fastest man alive stopped as his his eyes locked on to the dark-skinned beauty ahead of him. "I'm here." he spoke, grabbing Iris by her shoulders. "Where is he?" his voice worried and concerned for Iris as she pointed towards a man in a yellow suit, almost identical to Barry's. The man was only staring, luckily he hadn't laid a finger on Iris, at least not yet. Without thinking or any second thought he zoomed out of the scene and set Iris down inside the usual room in S.T.A.R. labs. "You stay here, you got that?" as soon as he spoke he was out of sight, returning to the man in yellow.
"BARRY NO!!" Iris yelled, but everything happened way too fast for her to react immediately. She was too late to warn the Flash.
The Flash got back to the place he found Iris in, it was only now that he got a good look at the surroundings, it was the pier. Abandoned and empty buildings left to rot in the dust, Iris wasn't here on her own accord, she was kidnapped. The scarlet speedster furiously looked around for the Reverse-Flash. "Show yourself you coward! You think you can get away for kidnapping Iris? What did you want with her!?" he yelled out in anger and frustration. Barry was not the type of person to lash out, but to him, Eobard went too far.
"Who said I wanted anything with her?" a cracked voice came from behind Barry, he was close, too close that Brry could feel his breath at the back of his neck. In a blink of an eye the Flash turned around to hit his counter-part, but Thawne was quicker to react immediately catching Barry's fist and returning with his own. Barry fell to the ground and immediately retaliating by sweeping Thawne's feet off the ground. Just as soon as the Reverse-Flash fell they both stood back up. "Iris was only the bait, and you're the fish." he spoke, again with the menacing tone in his voice. "And I...Barry Allen, am the distraction. Plus, I already planted eight bombs around central city." he smiled his cruel, unforgiving smile which sent horrible vibrations down Barry's spine. "Even if you stop me tonight it's too late for S.T.A.R. labs."
The Flash's eyes grew bigger after every word thrown to him by the villain, "What are you talking about!?" he yelled angrily before running up to him and grabbing Thawne by the neck area of his costume. "See for yourself" Thawne whispered in his ear, letting off occasional cackles. Thawne then pulled out a small cellular phone-like device and handed it to Barry. The fastest man alive watched in horror as he saw Caitly, Cisco, and Iris all tied up and their mouths covered by tape. Standing beside Iris, was a familiar man wearing a dark blue coat. Captain Cold.
"I paid him quite handsomely to follow orders." The Reverse-Flash said as he glared at Barry's eyes, obviously enjoying Flash's distraught."So what's it gonna be Flash?" Leonard Snart asked as he looked directly at the camera, "This woman, and your friends or Central City?" Barry then took a big swing at Thawne's jaw angrily, making sure he wouldn't get up for the rest of the night. And The Flash ran, and ran faster than he ever could.
