Gypsy is introverted. Her powers have led her to be reclusive, stealthy, and secretive. She's more likely to proceed with caution and observe her surroundings and the things within it before letting her presence be felt. Cindy's ongoing curiosity often leads her to gathering information and investigating dangerous situations.
In early occasions, Cynthia isn't one to speak about herself and has a tendency to redirect the conversation away from such a topic. Being a stealthy creature, Gypsy prefers alone time over highly populated social events and public affairs though she can occasionally bring herself to participate if needed. She's not one to engage in conversation unless approached first, and the same goes with combat unless it benefits the greater good.
When it comes to sociability, loyalty and trust must be earned. Cindy can be extremely loyal to those she considers friends and have little to no hesitation being on the front line in order to protect those she has grown to care for.
Underneath her transparent exterior this cloaked broad is intelligent, charming, witty, strategic, and physically alluring. Gypsy didn't have a good home life persay. Her father was a drunk continuously beating her younger brother and her parents were always fighting. Edward actually triggered her powers when he tried to hit her and she casted a fearful illusion around her family. That night Gypsy ran away from home.
Often watching the street dancers activity in stealth, Gypsy had a soft attraction to the Spanish gang-member who joined up as a new, young ally of the Justice League when they came to Detroit. Cindy spied on the metahuman more often than not, warning him of dangers in times of need as well as tantalizing the male's senses with her attractive appearance and mysterious ways. Vibe has always heard of her as a legend of Cameron Streets but the constant occurrences lead the male to think otherwise.
Gypsy also took an interest in the male as well as Vibe, seemingly spying on the activity for the trio coincidentally kept bumping into one another in early days. The attractive woman caught the attention of the male, but like Vibe she used her mysterious ways to warn him of danger.

Distrust of Men - With the background of an abusive, drunken father Cindy has some trouble trusting men. It isn't that she doesn't wanna be around them or doesn't like them... she just tends to be more reserved around them than women. Often she'll portray herself as flirtatious toward them, but its just a way for her to mess with their minds.
Nomadic Nature - Though it can be seen as a strength due to intellectual gain and experience, Cynthia left home at age fourteen once her abilities have become active. The lack of lengthy contacts and rogue lifestyle can be seen as a downfall for the Gypsy.
Damsel Tendencies - Cynthia is a runaway, a lurker of the streets of Detroit, MI before a state overwhelmed her which lead her with just her bravery in the dark alleyways. Gypsy took in other runaways and tried to better them as she has attempted to better herself, but there are occasions where obstacles put her down into the state of a Damsel in Distress. She's a highly attractive-looking female! Roaming the streets of Detroit can cause as many problems as there were solutions for the young broad.

Clenching her hand into a fist she waved it across her face, her body melding into her surroundings. The Gypsy was better when roaming in stealth. No confrontations, no conversations, just pure solitude. It was better for her this way. She already lost those who she loved most - her family. It's been about a year since then, and still the occasional nightmares and guilt loomed over her like a dark cloud. Heaving a small sigh she moved barefoot around the corner, her steps silent.
Cindy was back on the streets of Detroit, a "home" to her ever since she was a young adolescent. It eased her when her mind was troubled to walk a familiar path and rest her eyes on reminiscent sites. Other than that, there was always crime. She was superhuman in her own way, harnessing telepathy and other powers of the mind. Why, as she turned to walk down a different alleyway she seen a gang of men closing in on a woman. They wore masks, and one had a gun. As the Gypsy drew closer, she witnessed a goon snatching at her purse. Muggers? Rapists? This was the average danger in the crevices of Detroit.
Remaining stealthy, Cindy weaved around the bodies as the woman cried and tried to fight. Spotting the one with the gun she shifted her weight onto her left foot while launching her right foot at the bend of the marksman's knee. Letting out a grunt the man collapsed, having been caught off guard by what appeared to him as a random painful sensation. The gun within his hand fell to the ground. "Get up you idiot!" A gruff sounding mugger snapped. "Sorry, Boss." The fallen grunt replied. Rearing back a fist she swung it to his right cheek. The group was becoming distracted now as the grunt toppled over - caught off guard once again. "Quit fooling around! We've got a job to do!" The Boss yelled. The third goon finally yanked the purse from the woman as she cried 'Give it back! Give it back!'
Shifting her weight onto her right foot she propelled her left leg forward at the gut of the Boss, causing him to cringe forward. Spinning around the Gypsy kicked the empty-handed firearm down the alleyway. The men were becoming spooked as the commotion stirred the third grunt and even the woman as she continuously cried. The Boss was regaining strength when she dropped her elbow on top of his cranium, bringing him to his knees. Cindy was invisible, and the targeted locations of pain would make the three gentlemen seem like its internal pain. The firearm? well, luckily no one saw the invisible Gypsy move it out of range. Now as the other two fought and cringed, the goon with the purse was left.
Weaving around she placed her hands on his shoulder at the nape of his neck, applying pressure to a vital pressure point. The third grunt howled as he felt the agonizing pain of the pressure before his eyes lulled into the back of his skull and he abruptly dropped, relinquishing his grip on the woman's purse. Frantic as the civilian woman was, she bent down and snatched her purse before fleeing from the scene. Cindy maneuvered away from the three idiots within the alleyway only to watch from a distance as two scrambled to recover and hustled to awaken the last goon to make their escape. The slightest smirk came across the stealthy woman's face before rounding yet another corner.
Phasing out of her invisible state she felt accomplished by sparing the woman from whatever trouble tried to befall her. A hand rose to smooth her dark coiling locks while the other smoothed the pleats of her a-line skirt. Cindy didn't say much as she casually stepped into the daylight, busy streets of Detroit and faded into the crowd.

Powers / Abilities
- Illusion Casting - Gypsy is almost like a chameleon in the way that she can blend into her surroundings. With a little focus she can make herself disappear near instantaneously and blend in with her surroundings. She remains clothed and often travels barefoot to enhance her stealth movement. Cindy can stay invisible for quite some time, and can even extend her abilities to make other objects or even person(s) in close proximity blend in as well.
- Invisibility - At the very Basics of her Illusion abilities, she can be practically invisible, rendering one's sense of sight as well as other senses from detecting her presence.
- Fear Projection - Although this is a relatively new ability to Cindy she has used it once in the past when her abilities first appeared. Fear Projection is a minor feat to her Illusion Casting allowing Gypsy to manipulate the minds of her foes and plant an illusion of the thing that her enemy is most afraid of. i.e. The enemy is afraid of fire, she would cause the foe's mind to become tricked into being transported to inside a building that is engulfed in flames. They'll feel the effects brought on by the fear depending on which sense it effects such as hearing, taste, smell, touch, or sight. This is not an ability she has entirely under the belt but has proven quite powerful.
- Phasing - Like a ghost, Gypsy can pass through walls. This ability is specifically called Phasing for that reason. However, she can't shape into the object she phases into like a door etc. for camoflauge purposes, but as a getaway technique she can focus her mind to allow her body to become transparent and intangible for a short amount of time. This is also a new ability that Gypsy has been experimenting with in her spare time to advance her range of metahuman capabilities.
- Telepathy - Gypsy can plant thoughts or ideas into another person's head. This can go as far as communicating telepathically, which allows Cindy and another person to exchange words mentally back and forward through a link for a temporary time. However, such an ability can leave Cindy vulnerable to mental attacks and other things. Gypsy can also read the minds of others at will, and has been able to turn this portion of the ability off so there isn't constant grey-noise ringing in her ears.
- Astral Projection - After reading books in the library on Astral Projection among other things it has lead Cindy to experiment on "out of body experiences". To her surprise, with her heightened mental clarity Gypsy found that performing this act came practically natural. When under the effects of Astral Projection she cannot be awakened or disturbed, and her 'soul' leaves her body for however long amount of time. This can be a dangerous ability for it leaves her vulnerable on the spiritual plane from having her soul rendered incapable of returning to her physical body, ultimately killing her in the physical world and leaving her lost in a spiritual (ghostly) plane. This is a thought that scares Gypsy, so she will only enter this state when deemed dire such as to spy at a distance without being detected and so forth. While in this state Gypsy can listen, and occasionally remember locations and details of certain things while other aspects of her temporary journey may be forgotten. Its like a lucid dream feeling.
- Limited Precogniton - Gypsy sometimes obtains visions, or dreams with glimpses of the future rather it be an event or situation. She can not tell when things will happen, and a lot of the time she cannot see the end result. Its like a movie trailer, giving you only bits and pieces and leaving the mind to pair up the missing scenes to create the full motion picture. Her Precognitive abilities are limited in such a way that she cannot control her premonitions and when they happen. They just do.
- Acrobatics/Parkour - Gypsy has trained herself in the aspects of acrobatics and even minimal amounts of Parkour which give her the upper hand in running, swimming, dodging, jumping, climbing, swinging, spinning, falling, and so forth. Acrobatics gives Cindy a better sense of balance and agility. If presented the challenge, she could walk a tightrope or swing from a trapeze. Of course, Acrobatics came with constant practice on tumbling, falling, spinning, landing, et cetera to prevent herself from being significantly hurt. As far as Parkour, she had picked up a few tricks to aid her. Cindy isn't professionally trained, and most of her knowledge comes from watching other adolescents in the parks and streets of Detroit. Parkour has helped her escape in sticky situations in the most efficient manner, eluding her enemies and foes from tracking her. There are no true given lists for the feats acquired from Parkour, but Gypsy has learned to use her body to climb walls, jumping and landing accurately on small or narrow obstacles, using a rolling motion to help with large impacts, and moving from hanging to a wall-top or ledge to being on top of the wall or ledge, or even vaulting over to the other side.
- Computer Operations - Gypsy is surprisingly skilled with computers. Though she's had limited access of technology, Gypsy uses what knowledge she has to use computers, to access and retrieve files as well as download, delete, reorganize and other various manipulations within a computer processor. In minor cases, this has lead to ciphering codes/hacking and using command prompts to corrupt a computer hard drive.
- Electrical Engineering - Gypsy has been known to tamper with matters dealing with electricity such as hard wiring cars, disabling phone connections, and even configuring a new route for phone lines. This is something that requires a lot of experience and Cindy has only came across it by mere 'playing' and coincidence, sheerly guessing on what does what.
- Marksmanship - Cindy has been able to use firearms and other weaponry with efficiency. She can grab a handgun and fire it with accuracy as well as a rifle. Detroit has a lot of crime, and gang activity so it isn't uncommon for the rogue to get her hands on one to fire and shoot. This isn't something she prefers, but she can handle and use firearms without being limited.
