Power - Agility - Looker can move quickly and easily when she runs or flies
Power - Control over animals - Looker can communicate with animals that are nocturnal (but it is easier to communicate with bats)
Power - Blast power - A blast of energy can be formed with her telekinesis
Power - Flight - Looker does not have a bat-like for for flight, but she can fly with her usual form
Power - Force Field - This can be formed with her telekinesis and can stop objects that are not religious
Power - Healing - She heals about as fast as superman and even faster if given blood
Power - Immortality - Looker cannot die unless staked through the heart, decapitated, or in other mythical ways that kill vampires. She also can keep her youthful form and figure forever.
Power - Levitation - She uses this power to lift objects with her telekinesis rather than having to get her hands dirty
Power - Psionics - Her telepathy and telekinesis basically have no limit when in her Abyssian form. She can form apparitions, perform mind-control, and potentially destroy worlds (it is highly unlikely for this to occur).
Power - Psychometry - Looker can take an object and get a feel for what has happened to it in the past (where it has been, who has used it, how old it is)
Power - Increased Stamina - She hardly runs out of energy because her power is developed from a trigger word that gives her most of her powers. However, if she prolongs feeding (blood) then she can become exhausted.
Power - Sexual Appeal - Looker was never considered beautiful or sexy before receiving her Abyssian powers, but once transformed she was able to have the body she desired. Being a vampire her looks are used to persuade both sexes and lure them via hypnosis.
Power - Super Hearing - Ability to hear up to the distance of one mile radius
Power - Super Sight - Ability to see in the dark and up to one mile radius
Power - Super Speed - Ability to fly or run with increased speed (maybe not as fast as Barry but about the speed of a cheetah)
Power - Super Smell - Ability to track scents through any medium
Power - Super Strength - Ability to lift at least two trains maximum or fend off four armies (if she feels like getting dirty).
Power - Telekinesis - The ability to move objects with the mind, which is not limited to people.
Power - Telepathy - Looker can communicate with others using her mental abilities to speak or even project images into their minds
Power - Vampirism - It is possible that if Looker bites into a virgin and feeds them her blood that they will become a vampire.
Weaknesses
Weakness- Emily had a personality shift when she was a metahuman. Her more quiet and introverted self is often tucked away in the back of her mind making her new sense of self more egotistic. Looker is a common trigger word for her (but only truly works when she's reached her limit) which tends to not only activate her inner power, but also causes breakdowns and a battle between her personalities.

-Realizes that her powers could be used to do more good and ends up contacting the Justice League

"You're telling me that the press has taken the liberty of releasing all of our seasonal items early." Emily stared down one of her newer interns. It was a good thing that Emily had signed her into an abusive contract. "So you're saying that we gave them permission to do so. Not that we have a rat in our building?" This time her stare looked more dead than anything. The intern was unsure what would happen to her and panicked. Looker took this to her advantage causing her eyes to turn pitch black as though she were without a soul. "I-It was...I-I was...I did! I told them! They offered me a position as editor because of it!" It was always sad to see just how desperate some girls were for a position at Looker Inc. "I'm sorry Linda-bear. It looks like I'll have to let you go. You've got another job. I'm sure you'll love it there when you're working for a shit magazine that pays pennies to girl-scouts like you. Get the hell out of my office." Linda left crying into the sleeve of her arm. A few models stormed off set to console her. "Don't worry, darling. Em is always a bitch." Like she couldn't hear that. It had been at least a year since Emily had developed her vampyric powers and by now they were more useful than overwhelming. 'Looker...' The body of Emily Briggs sat up straight for a moment as something within her felt like tearing her head to shreds. 'Looker...' What? She was on the floor now? This was a seizure. Emily Briggs was having a seizure. "I HATE YOU. WHY DON'T YOU JUST DIE." The models were now concerned with what was happening in Emily's office. The door had seemingly locked on its own. 'Because you're the one that deserves to die.' Visions of her body being clawed apart by ghastly ghouls passed through her mind. Emily was still for a moment. Blood rushed down from her eyes and ears in quiet little trails. Of course, she had forgotten to feed this morning.
