Character Origin: Original, the name is one of the inspirations and it's from the cartoons, which is also a non-canon supergirl.

Physique: She has a small and delicate frame with subtle curves at the right places. She’s very fast and agile without a yellow sun.
Training: Her mom was a scientist, her father was gone before she was even born. She's from Krypton, from Argos city, and there she studied and, eventually, after she arrived Earth, she was already a very talented pilot and fairly skilled at defending herself, but especially at exploring. Later on she received help from Circe in order to adapt herself to the new atmosphere and powers that the yellow sun gave her.
Equipment: Her space outfit is very tight but not in an overly teasing way. It barely reveals any skin and very little, if any, cleavage. It is composed of an alien material and it serves as armor too. It kind of looks like tight leggings with a fairly short skirt, boots and a long sleeved top, all in an almost black color. She also has a few weapons, like an energy pistol that works well at making aggressive humans unconscious in a harmless way, or a sniper rifle with a similar alien design that she used back when Krypton still existed.
Description
Appearance: She doesn't have any tattoos, scars, marks or piercings. She dresses in fairly modern outfits like any young woman of her age, unless she's in the outfit described above, obviously!
Personality: She's very extroverted and fairly warm-blooded. But she's also fairly friendly, sweet, very playful and intelligent. She's pretty independent but enjoys the company of other women. She dislikes Kryptonians in general because they destroyed Krypton. She also thinks that men are "dumb in every world". She knows that she's very pretty and she knows it, she's a tease but she doesn’t care about romances all that much, she’s mature, rarely takes the wrong choice and she's also fairly expressive. She has some "blonde" moments, and sometimes is surprised with ease. She's also mostly ignorant of Earth's history and believed that it was an uninhabited world before she warped close to the moon.

(Kylie In Ze) - (Mother) She raised Kara on her own while at the same time managing to become a very important scientist in Argos, their city on Krypton. She was young when she had Kara which speaks volumes about her. Unfortunately they lost contact before Krypton exploded, something that didn't caught them by surprise. Kara believes that her mother is still alive and that was one of the few that managed to make it out of Krypton before the disaster.
(Kara's girl friends) - (Friends)
This group is basically Kara's girl friends on Krypton, her social group and the people that helped Kara here and there. Kara believes that they also survived, but she's not completely sure.
(Circe) - (Friend) She met Circe after Kara was forced to ditch in the waters of the Mediterranean sea, not far from Circe's island. Circe helped her at getting used to the new atmosphere, but also with information, food, water, clothes, friendship and even at developing her new powers, thanks to the yellow sun. Kara said that she owes Circe a favor. Kara tends to act a bit like a little girl whenever Circe uses magic, it truly amazes her!
(Batgirl Steph) - (Friend) She met Steph in her Batgirl outfit after Kara decided to see Gotham with her own eyes, since she had only seen the city on Circe's cauldron and she said that the city was "filthy and too dark" in comparison to the beauty of her own native civilization. She was given a tour around the city after their first meeting and seemingly enjoyed the company too!

Vehicle Name: Krypton fighter (insert techy alien model name here)
Type: Spaceship.
Armaments: Do you know the RAH-66 Comanche? Ok, that's the idea! Oh oh! I wonder if it could have two modes, a low speed one which looks like a helicopter with five blades and a secondary one, for fast travel with engines behind and the blades retracted.
Armor type: Compared to a modern jet? I guess that the materials are alien like, so it's probably heavier than them and/or shielded. But I'm sure that Kara can break it with two fingers if she's under a yellow sun.
Abilities: She uses it to explore and scan planets without much chances of being detected. It can fly in and out of a planet's atmosphere and through space, and also pew pew things, not that it matters much anyway. It can dock inside of Kara's stealth ship only after being identified by the ship's AI.
Vehicle Name: Krypton stealth ship(insert techy alien model name here)
Type: Spaceship, it's her fortress of solitude.
Armaments: Same concept as the helicopter mentioned above, except this one won't have blades. I'm not sure about the details of the weapons, pew pew I guess. But I don't really plan on using this big ship for pew pewing things around! Although if she wasn't under a yellow sun, then it would come in handy, obviously! But again it is not designed for war but for exploration and reconnaissance. As for the size, it has to be big enough to be able to carry Kara's fighter apart from its systems and the like. I'm sure that she keeps it a comfy place to live.
Armor type: Obviously very heavy, it probably has shields too.
Abilities: It can fly in and out of a planet's atmosphere and through space, and also pew pew things, not that it matters much anyway (again). It can cloak itself from sensors and pretty much out of sight. It is also able to warp in order to travel long space distances in very little time. It is currently hidden at the deepest part of the ocean in the Mariana Trench. Kara visits it regularly with her fighter and she considers it her home, its atmosphere is the same as Krypton's. It's controlled, managed and maintained by an advanced AI.
Powers / Abilities
I have always imagined my Kara having similar powers to Superman. If we were going to benchmark them then I always thought that she being shorter and more delicate looking than him would have an easier time developing agile skills rather than force ones. Keep in mind that this is just an example, I don't mind losing in roleplays, that's why active OOC communication is important. With that in mind, under a yellow sun she has:
Flight/Superhuman Speed/Agility/Reflexes: This means that she can move at incredible speeds, imagine multi-mach, without the need of her ships, react extremely quickly and the like. If she raced Superman they could tie, or maybe she could prove to be a bit quicker than him under normal conditions. She's also very agile, she already was without a yellow sun, but under its influence she's on a whole different level, obviously! I have also always imagine her fighting style to be more agile than Superman's, less punching, more kicking and dodging than blocking.
Superhuman Strength/Stamina: Again, I always imagine her a tiny little bit weaker than super, at least in terms of sheer strength, or potential. I'm sure that she's capable of great feats (like kicking the moon!). No, but, what I mean is that it's not so much the physical force per se, she's only 5'4'' height, but more like her willpower to accomplish things beyond what many can imagine. I don't like to give numbers, but I'm sure that she can kick things into the sun with ease.
Invulnerability: You already know how it works, it's some kind of aura, a bit like a force-field. You could kind of see it in the Man of Steel movie when he got shot by that gunship. No toxins, diseases... nigh-invulnerable to extremes. She wears tight outfits before of that aura so that her clothes don't get ruined.
Super-breath: This means super breath for freezing anything and/or creating extremely strong winds.
Heat-Vision: The first time that she used it was by accident, side-effect of radiation building up. It's her favorite power, apart from flight. If she's on bitch mode, that is, very pissed off, she doesn't hesitate at using it as potent as she can. I'm not sure how much is that, wiki says similar to a nuclear detonation, I wonder which nuclear detonation, it's it's Hiroshima then that's not very potent if you compare it with newer things! But regardless, heat vision on bitch mode=very scary.
Enhanced vision/hearing: We all know these! In Kara's case, she still suffers from morning sickness symptoms, you know, similar to pregnancy ones, but in her case it's because she's in the process of adaptation to the new atmosphere. She knows how to focus but for example, she has been distracted enough to not notice that someone was following them. So yes, she has enhanced vision, but it's not an automatic thing for her, not yet, character fluff and development potential here so, it should be very fun. This also included infrared vision, x-ray... all of that!
Weaknesses
Kryptonite ~ She shares the exact same vulnerabilities that Kryptonians have to Kryptonite, likewise blue kryptonite has the same beneficial effects too.
Magic ~ She calls this "magic energy" after Circe showed her some magic. She doesn't understand it much, but she's amazed by it and usually acts like a little girl with it, but only with Circe so far. Regardless, she doesn't have a protection against magic that is directed at her, just like earthlings and kryptonians.
Red sun radiation: We all know what this means, she loses her powers under this radiation.
Character Time Line
20-30 something years ago.
- After many years, she is very talented pilot and explorer from Krypton, she's from Argos city.
- Kylie, Kara's mom, warns her about krypton's unstable core.
- Kara warns her girlfriends and they begin preparations for leaving the planet.
- Kara losses communications with her friends and with Kylie, she's forced to improvise and claim a larger spaceship for herself.
- Kara leaves Krypton the day before of her 24th birthday.
- Krypton explodes.
- Returns after the shockwave is gone to watch the rests of her old planet.
- Kara's birthday!
- Kara's ship engines malfunctions mid-warp, resulting in a temporal time/space anomaly.
2014.
- Warp is very fast for Kara, even though her ship warps out in a way Kara notices and very close to the sun, leaving her unsure as to what was going on.
- Arrives Earth undetected and hides her stealth ship on the deepest part of the ocean in the Mariana Trench.
- Kara is shocked that Earth is populated by a seemingly intelligent race, but decides to explore it.
- She was forced to ditch her fighter in the waters of the Mediterranean sea, not far from Circe's island.
- Befriends Circe and receives help and support from her, especially with her new, yellow sun powers, and at adapting to the new atmosphere.
- Explores Gotham and meets Batgirl Steph, is given a tour and thinks of her as a friend.
- Explores Metropolis and meets Superman, is given a tour, and they teach each other tricks at fighting on the Sahara desert.
Audition post
Kara smiled brightly when it was finally the right time. "Happy 24th birthday Kara" she told herself with a smile before she enjoyed just a glass of fresh water.
“Okay… let’ see!” she said to nobody in particular but still with a little smile, she was excited about finally leaving Krypton! Even though she was alone in her spaceship. She checked the screen in front of her. The scanners revealed no signals of activity. Krypton was completely gone... zero activity, no surprise there anyway. “If I was my mom, where would I go… oh! I know let’s check the star map” she said before she started to look at the different information, she sorted the results and ended up with a small list of habitable planets.
“Okay… this looks outdated but, it should be useful for now” she commented, she recognized a few of the planets, they were old kryptonian outposts that had been terraformed in the past, a few of them were well known for being completely abandoned a long time ago. “No… no… no… this won’t work… pffft… no way… she wouldn’t go there… no..” she sighed a bit, flicking her hair “this is going to take a, what?” she blinked as she saw a planet called Earth, no intelligent lifeforms “ok! This could be a good starting point! If she’s alive then I’m sure that she would go there in order to build a colony, it even has a yellow sun in its primary sequence!” she said all excited alike, she bounced a bit on her seat and swiftly set course to that unknown planet. She chewed on her lower lip for a moment.
“hmm.. so what if… umm…” she said before she corrected the route. “Better be safe than sorry! That moon should prove useful at helping hide the warp, just in case”. After that the stealth ship's core reacted in a pristine and flawless way and then the spaceship completely vanished from space. It warped not far from Earth's moon, undetected and alone. Kara blinked as she used the scanners of her spaceship on the nearby planet.
“Ok… my mom won’t be here… it’s obviously populated by… some kind of primitive group of civilizations, although they seem to be intelligent. But at least they aren’t kryptonians!” she said with a smile. She didn’t like them much after what they did to her beloved Krypton, they doomed their own planet. “Let’s take a closer look at the planet, just in case, I might find some info about the other ship” she said before Kara landed on a remote and unpopulated location on Earth. She hid it nicely from any curious eyes and after that she walked towards the docking bay area of the ship, ready to grab a fighter and explore the new planet!
