Archery- Oliver Queen is perhaps the finest archer ever known. He has a wide-variety of trick arrows, ranging from bola arrows to time-bomb arrows to his infamous boxing-glove arrow. In recent years he has used these arrows sparingly, preferring the time-tested simple arrow. Green Arrow has shown the ability to shoot an arrow down the barrel of a gun, pierce a drop of water as it leaves a tap, and shoot almost any part of the human body; although he aims only to wound and not kill when he shoots.
Acrobatics - He has displayed on many occasions that he is an expert in acrobatics, and often uses this skill while evading enemy fire.
Martial Arts -He is proficient in several forms of hand-to-hand combat including Judo, Kick boxing and Karate. Proclaimed as a martial arts master, he has shown the ability to take on seven people at once.
Weaknesses
No Powers - This man has no powers, which means that against any super powered individual, he is at an distinct disadvantage. He must rely on wit and cunning to achieve victory in this matter, and it is not guaranteed.

Before Year 1 (2006)
- In New York City, Oliver Queen meets with a young Dinah Lance at one of Thomas 'Tommy' Merlin's birthday parties. At the end of the night, he ends up with a pitiful playful attempt to flirt with her, by feigning motorcycle troubles and then snapping her underwear and receiving a black eye, a bloodied nose and minor concussion for his trouble.
- In return for his earlier rudeness, Oliver Seeks out Dinah Lance for a apology and a gift of a invitation to a dress up party on the Queens Gambit. After a paparazzi reporter gate crashes with a few more uninvited guests, the reporter snaps the fishnets of Oliver's date hoping to excite the man, only to draw Dinah's Ire in tossing him over board and into the frigid water, Oliver helping the man by tossing the camera into the water after him.
- During the Yacht event, the party grows out of control and fighting begins, drawing the attention of the local police department raiding the boat. Both Oliver and Dinah flee the scene from a secondary tie off to the dock. Before long the police catch on that people are running away, and a ditch to play a hero, Oliver splits off from Dinah in a hiding place, drawing the attention away from her. In the though, he ends up being struck by a police car in response for his good deed.
- The Queen's Gambit is shipwrecked, and Oliver Queen is marooned on a deserted island.
Year 1 (2012)
- Oliver Queen's Return to Star City
- The first appearance of The Green Arrow, Assaulting Adam Hunt and returning millions of dollars worth of appropriations to multiple accounts.
- Sets up his personal hide out under the guise of a night club, Verdant. One to which his younger sister, Thea Queen, gate crashed.
- Dismantled the local drug lord Count Vertigo, The First, Imprisoning him within a mental institute after a overdose of his own product.
- Drew the attention of a black masked individual whom later attacked members of the underground cartels and mafia's he'd been putting out of business.
- A second black masked individual comes to the city at hearing the rumor of the black masked individual, and under a misunderstanding, Green Arrow attempts to thwart this individual, ultimately failing. His price for failure was that he forcibly bedded the woman who later claimed to be the lady assassin Shado.
- The original Black masked individual turns out to be Malcolm Merlin, whom is targeting the city with the help of his mother, Moira Queen.
- Merlin's plans were stopped, but at the cost of his mothers freedom, Merlin's life, and Thomas 'Tommy' Merlin's life. Feeling guilty about killing his best friend, be it by collateral damage or not, he decides to hang up his hood and arrows permanently. After sealing everything, he disappears into Tibet to spend time in a monastery, to find and root himself.
Year 2 (2013)
- During his time at the monastery, the monk known as Master Jansen, helped him to confront his personal demons, and proceeded to teach him another level of Archery, Zen Archery and meeting a like individual, Conner Hawke, to which he became a idol for.
- John Diggle and Felicity Smoak come to the monastery, bringing news of Star City, his personal holdings in the company, and how things have been deteriorating fast. With the blessing of Master Jansen, he returns with his friends to Star City, with renewed confidence and sense of purpose.
- Attempt to put a stop to the Chinese Triad's activities in the Star City Area by attacking stolen pharmaceutical trucks high jacked under the orders of China White.
- Publicly working with Sebastian Blood, he uses his name and personal funds to attempt to get unlicensed guns off of the streets and completely destroyed.
- Entered Russia to rescue John Diggle's Ex Wife, Lyla Micheals, with the help of Analoni, under the guise of checking in on a international branch of Queen Consolidated.
- Shado emerges from her long term silence, revealing the fact that there had been a child little more than a year old. Revealing that he has an heir, and her word ringing in his mind, 'you'll never see him again'.
- Roy Harper, Local Criminal and Supporter of the Arrow rescued and begun training in self discipline and archery.
- Prototype of the undertaking weapon is discovered in Malcolm Merlin's mansion and is set to destroy a series of blocks with in the Star City area.
- Meets Dinah Lance at a small bar party at Verdant in celebration of his full reinstatement as owner of Queen Consolidated. No blood is shed, however an invitation is extended to a political endorsement party later that evening.

There had been an increase in activity since the siege of Star City. Rampant looting and criminal activity had gone through the proverbialrooftop. Prostitution, gang wars, and entrepreneurs with sketchy pasts were all in fighting in the region, all knowing that this state of unrest was not going to last forever. Even less so with the Arrow and the vigilante squad of Star City out on patrol at varying times of the day. Or so Oliver Queen had hoped as he stared down towards a particular building at his front, bringing up a boot and setting it down on the roof tops edge. Not necessarily original, but these people hadn't deployed a whole lot of sentries on top of the rooftops. A simple tape recorder, holding in on their all clear messages, and he'd managed to fool them into thinking everything was good to go. Sometimes the simplest of things were the most effective. Never the less though, when his ear piece went off and Dig told him that he had movement down the one way street, he brought up his binoculars. And there they were, approaching the formal party building in three SUV's.
And there he waited, watching and confirming his target was within, one Seymour Patrovitch, a member of the Russian Mob that had been making huge in turns into the city, actually buying the property for dirt cheap prices as people from the glades were forced to sign and then vacate forcibly. Something that put him at the top of the immediate shit list. He'd done his homework, and knew that the man owned a suite that he used to stay there when not busy with the family. "Dig. Move now." He ordered, and there he cracked his neck, waiting. After this man and his entourage arrived at the suite, he noticed that they were laughing and carrying on, when something drew their attention away from the door. One man moved, another two figured their weapons, and opened to see John Diggle, bus boy, bringing up the preferred order of Vodka. He listened over the radio as the men questioned him on where Anatoli was, and what he was doing there. It was clear that he didn't speak Russian, but Diggle explained that he was just covering a shift for someone who'd called in sick. Unoriginal, but effective, considering that they thought it over, and nodded their heads, allowing him to leave the cart and walk out. That was all he needed.
Looking to his bow, he tapped the commands to prime the flash bang ordinance that had been planted when Diggle had walked in. Reaching up and around to his quiver, he pulled back an arrow, notched and let lose, a high density cable trailing behind it as it landed right on the wall above the window. And there he fixed the end to the top of a bricked fire escape and started to slide down the wire, the explosive going of, a powerful flash bang that had the people recalling back and away from the sudden noise that had been caused. And there he shattered the glass upon contact with his boots getting into the room. Rolling to his feet, he slammed his fist into a hunched over man's face, dropping him to the ground before he threw a flying dart at the other man's body, laced with nerve toxin that caused temporary paralysis, dropping him down slowly. There he heard peoples foots falls coming down the hallway, he notched another arrow this time with a sharper point and fired, going straight through the hard wood but stopping just as the tip went through the other side. The resulting explosion happened well there. A similar one used in the room, but with a smaller piece. Certain that the outside disturbance wouldn't become more, he rounded upon Seymour, who had been holding his hands against his eyes upon the floor.
Kicking the man over, he planted his boot right on the man's throat, and trained an arrow on the man's face, staring down at him. "Seymour Analoni. You've failed this city!" He stated, his voice synthesizer making his persona seem far more menacing than what he was actually going to do. "You will return everyone's homes to them, and let them keep what you've paid them... If i have to come back here...." He stated as he jerked his head to the side, and planted a arrow into the floor next to his head, making sure the point got across. The job done, he walked to the open window, fired a line into the ceiling and descended to the ground floor, hearing the sirens in the distance, knowing a discreet exit was required.
