The Justice League - The Last Light
‘Is humanity inherently evil? What drives a man to rape? To thirst for power even if it is beyond their control? To kill or to send others to their death, really there is no difference in the sin is there? Humanity is inherently evil, no matter where you’re from. The U.S, Russia, some unheard of island off the coast of New Zealand. You’re evil. Down to the fabric of your stitched together piece of flesh. There’s no escaping the evil that dwells within you, lie to yourself about that evil…You’re only proving my point. It s why us so called “supervillains” do what we do and have no shame, no remorse. We’re drops in the bucket when it comes to the sin we’ve bathed ourselves in. You “good people” break laws every day and act as if you’re honest. You crush life out of nature, your family, your friends, and look at US like we’re monsters. We know what we are, we embrace and realize *exactly* what we are. So allow me to shed some light and show you people your true colors. [c]
Call upon your heroes, like they’re any different? Look among their flock; aliens whom illegally reside on this planet without any question of authority. Vigilantes whom attack lawful and unlawful out of their own sense of justice. Warriors who appeal to your humanity by staying their barbaric Amazonian weapons and in their stead use crueler methods such as fists and martial techniques, fiery vision, high powered ray guns. I hope your eyes are opened now and you see these people for who they truly are. --Doctor Light. [c]
Doctor Light was a criminal mind, manipulator of light itself with a combination of magic and science his threat to Earth and the Justice League grows quietly by the minute. Once driven by small time crimes like theft and greed, a new motivation has piqued the man s interest that is far more daring than anything ever before achieved by a human. With the power of like minded individuals they were going to crush the Justice League and bring Earth to its knees with the Solaris Project; the project to artificially create a sun. Its power and output would be controlled until released into the atmosphere or space to function as its own ball of gas. Its application could extend Earth s sun s life by millions of years. Dressed in a black skin suit with a white girdle belt that matched the large white dot on his chest, a set of black boots to off-set the white pair of gloves was a man of evil intelligence. [c]
Doctor Light entered into the facility of LexCorp s laboratory. Over a year ago, Doctor Light boarded the Justice League Watchtower unbeknownst to anyone in the Justice League and oversaw the crisis of Black Canary hospitalized along with Batman’s crippling event at the hands of Bane. He saw the dangerous battle on board the Watchtower before it exploded at the hands of the Riddler and Livewire. Unknown he was preparing to make the final strike against the Justice League and finish them forever. He wasn’t acting alone, a mutual party interested in saving the world came to him. A man who saw Earth as flawed planted the idea in Doctor Light’s mind that Earth needed to be reborn and saved from the evil that it is. Dawning an outfit of bronze crystallized armor with a matching cape only but a red circle filled his chest. Flowing brown hair that fell down to his shoulders. [c]
Doctor Light entered the laboratory and looked to Lex Luthor with his companion following. “Lex Luthor, at long last I introduce you to “Protex.” Protex gave Lex Luthor a suitable nod. “I’ve come to expect great things from you, Lex Luthor. Our plan to rid Earth of these “heroes” will soon be underway with the launch of Solaris. Superman will not stop you this time.” Protex could read Lex Luthor s mind and knew the man wanted his ego stroked and recognized for his genius. [e]
Meanwhile at the New Justice League Watchtower Mister Terrific stood by observing the world events. “Flash, reports of a Speedster in Japan. Booster Gold and Katana, I m sending reinforcements, standby…” Batman walked through the corridors of the Watchtower and came to a stop on the promenade to look out at the sun from behind a reinforced -light sensitive reflector window that stopped his eyes from being burned at the sight. Captain Marvel approached and grinned “Hey, chilling out Batman? What’s got you so broody now? Back on the job and everything s great?” Batman maintained his gaze and brooding expression. “I remember when this job was about stopping thieves and putting murderers in jail. Something s not right…Something is definitely wrong.” “The old gut instinct hm? Well not to steal your thunder…heh…but magic *always* affects the gut and makes things seem wrong. You get used to it.” [c]
“I m not some rookie in need of a pep talk, Batson. Something doesn’t add up…I keep running through my head about the Riddler and the night he took over the Watchtower. How? *No one* has access to the watchtower computer that we didn’t trust.” “Are you suggesting there s a trait--” “No. I’m suggesting that someone like the Riddler is incapable of hacking into the Justice League computers…” “So, someone snuck on board?” “I think so.” “We should tell the others.” Captain Marvel said dropping his hands to his sides and staring at Batman with seriousness. “Tell them about what exactly? They know someone compromised our security, namely Riddler. I’ll need to investigate further…now that I know what I m looking for.” Batman began walking off and down the corridor. [e]
Black Canary
Dinah Lance had just gotten back from one of her missions. Muck creatures clogging up cities, wasn’t her idea of a good time. You can’t punch them in their gelatnious heads and making them unstable with water, just opens up new ways for them to get into bad places. And the worse of it, was that she had been coated in their slime! She was still getting used to the new watch tower. But she had to say the new sauna and hot tubs were a definite improvement. Zero G whirlpool, enough said! She couldn’t believe they had gotten muck between her toes! She had been wearing boots! She put a robe over her swimsuit, wrapped her hair in a towel, slipped into her sandals and headed toward the cafeteria to get some yogurt before going to her room to change and then to do some more training. Ever since that ooze lady... why was it always muck and ooze creatures? she hadn’t taken being a prisoner very well and had been pushing herself harder, training more. (c)
Black Canary
After the big dream event she had given the flowershop to her assistant manager, giving her more time to fight crime and thugs, and when she didn’t do that, she was training. She heard a beep from her phone in her robe pocket, she canceled it. "Sorry, Ollie, that date is going to have to wait... another month..." she said softly. she saw Bruce and Marvel chatting and gave them a wave as she passed them. (d)
Green Lantern
"Yeah I know I... Yes but.. Will you just... But I can... I promise I... Mg.. Hm... AHmm.. Huhm... Alright alright. Look, I’ve told you this before and I’ll tell you again. There s only so much I can do. I know I really let you down with the paper work but I can’t deny the Corps. If they call well I’m going to answer whether I choose to or not." Hal’s voice was clearly sorrowful as he spoke into the construct headset that he’d created so he could make the phone call. Cursing under his voice, Hal pursed his lips together and flopped back against a nearby wall, reaching up with his right hand to run the white covered digits through his hair. Eventually, the construct faded away and he was left there, dragging his fingers down his face. "God I hate growing responsibility," he muttered to himself. It seemed like only yesterday he was inviting a new woman over whenever he could chance it, arriving late to work, to the big meetings up here. He had been living life to what he --c

thought was the fullest and without a care in the world. Then the most amazing thing happened... he met a girl he wanted to grow up for. It definitely led to a huge turn around in his life but it certainly came with its prices.

The laboratory was vast. I’ s stone-made walls, floor and ceiling were all painted in a soft, clean white color, which combined with it’s dimly-lit lights and the absolute silence that seemed to be kept through the whole building, made the ambient feel eery, uncanny. The laboratory contained multiple floors, starting with the ground level floor, not only the smallest but also the most average in it’s contents. There were large shelves containing all sorts of chemical compounds, as well as almost every type of scientific utensil you would need. There were microscopes, a human skeleton, plenty animal body parts kept in bottles, and so on. No different than any other half decent laboratory in existence. However, with the lab’s owner, no one should expect the ordinary. As one descended deeper into the underground level, each floor became weirder in it’s contents.

Firearms that appeared to come out of a Sci Fi movie, and whose potency rendered anything the military had to offer obsolete; advanced chemical weapons that could affect the mind and body with a variety of interesting effects; plenty of designs for various robots made of artificial metal many times more durable than titanium and human-like androids with advanced AI in the process of construction; biological experiments growing in large tubes filled with strange liquid, the list went on and on. In the very last floor, Alexander Luthor stood still, wearing a dark grey business suit, a clear white shirt, dark shoes and a pitch black tie. A small smile on his lips, he admired his nest creation: At the very center of the floor, a huge metallic dome remained, connected through multiple sources of alternate energy through large wiring. He could almost feel the electricity, the energy running through it, reaching the reactor inside the dome.
Lex Luthor
Nuclear Fusion would occour, an absurd level of heat and mass being generated at an intense rate, hydrogen becoming helium, pure energy being not only created, but contained in such a small area. The Solaris Project. A star in the palm of his hands... A masterpiece. Lex soon turned around to face the man he had been waiting. Arthur Light, a dangerous man of cynical, nihilistic philosophy, and enough power to threaten the whole world... But for the moment he could be of use. When the Justice League had been finished, Luthor would have more than enough time to deal with him. Smiling, Lex nodded to Arthur and to his companion. "Indeed he won’t..." He softly said as he turned his gaze to the dome once more.
Lex Luthor
"It took me months, billions upon billions in investment, but at last it has been done: Solaris is completed... Soon heroes shall be no more. Self-righteous lunatics in capes will no longer infect our society and humanity will cease to grow weaker under their influence, and at long last a new era shall grace this world." [e]
Superman
Clark pushed his plate away from him, bringing a napkin to his lips and wiping his mouth. “Ma, it was delicious as always.” Martha Kent smiled sweetly at her son before moving around the table toward him. “I do appreciate you stopping by, Clark, but do you have to leave so soon?” Clark was already pulling on his jacket. “I’m sorry, Ma. I’ve been trying to make time, but with all the crisis going on, I m lucky to even get enough time for dinner.” It was true, the Justice League seemed to be working over time these past few months, he was glad that he had a team of individuals willing to work together for the greater good. It meant a lot of sacrifices for a lot of people, and though Clark loved the chance to see his mother and the farm he grew up on, he felt guilty every second he was there and twice as guilty everytime he had to leave. “Save me some, I’ll try and make it back, Lois would kill me if I didn’t.” -c-
Superman
A brief embrace was shared before he moved out onto the lawn, a quick change of clothes and Clark Kent disappeared, in his place stood the Man of Steel. He flew into the air, setting his sights on Watch Tower and arriving seconds later. He immediately approached the control room and they re current man of operational coordination. “Status report, Mister Terrific?” Now was not the time to brood about missed moments, there was a world to save, and the members of the Justice League had taken it upon themselves to do just that. -e-

Diana was still confused about what happened, but Hal had been so busy between work and the Guardians that she hadn t been able to talk to him. She had gone into space, she had met the Zamarons, that much was certain, but from there out, she had been lost. She put her smart phone down, the call to Hal had gone straight to voice mail, signalling that he was busy. Her mind had been distracted as of late - everything that had happened since the Watch Tower was taken over it seemed everyone was busy and there were no clear answers. Half of her wanted to go home, to take refuge on Paradise with her Mother and Sisters, but she remained in Man s World. Instead, she had resumed her position as emmisary and ambassador for the small island of Amazons with the UN, working on various commitees, though she was increasingly frustrated with the lack of progress most of them were showing. Currently the Amazon was seated in her office, having just left a meeting with a representative from Nigeria,

seeking Amazon assistance in protecting their women from Boko Haram. She immediately thought of Artemis - the woman was a wise warrior, though she didn t for a moment think that she would stop short of killing the entire male population. The message flashed on her phone - looks like there was something going on on the rebuilt watch tower. After sending a quick confirmation message to Hal she was on her way and found herself on the new, rebuilt Watch Tower. -e-

Having your own theatre in San Francisco certainly had it s perks. Steady shows. Getting to see familiar fans. And then there were moments like these... after the show, having worked her coattails off, having to do a couple meets and greets, when she would rather be resting after a show, napping on the over stuffed chaise lounge in her dressing room. But... to be honest... Zatanna wouldn t miss this private show for anything in the world. She knelt in the dark room, surrounded by floating stars of light, symbols of light appearing about her on the floor. Her top hat the center of a magic circle which just appeared around it. "Ancient magics, I beseech thee. Hear my humble request and let me tap into thy cosmic energies. Reach across the void and bring us what we desire! I summon thee!" the air seemed alive with energy and power, the symbols flaring up. she could feel the tension in her special guests as they waited. "evig su eht syeknom!" (c)

and suddenly monkeys started to jump out of her hat! scampering about the stage, to the amused delight of the foster kids who were circled about her, playing with the monkeys. The magician grinned at the display as the kids enjoyed themselves. It was all worth it for that moment.
Protex observed the dome and gave a nod of approval. “Good. Launch it.” Upon launching the device the dome would be launched into space through a rocket; prematurely opening the rocket would surely cause the Star to exist within Earth s atmosphere and vaporize everything. No, this plan was far more sinister and deadly. The dome caste around the star protected the planet from its harmful rays and its destructive nature, but within the darkness of the dome a voice quietly speaks. “Where…am I?” The voice would speak to itself as the rocket broke through the atmosphere and began to align with satellites; it would appear like a regularly scheduled satellite with authorization to launch by NASA and the International Space Station committee. Protex would shift his gaze to Doctor Light and gave a nod of approval. “Doctor, if you would please demonstrate your powers for the world.” [c]
Within the laboratory Doctor Light approached a television screen looking directly at Earth s sun and with concentration of a determined wizard the sun s rays were reflected back at itself suddenly eclipsing the solar system. The Stars across space were suddenly blacked out. Cities were jammed as light provided by electricity were the only sources of light. Vehicles began to collide out of blindness, hospitals construction sites were submerged into dangerous waters as men diligently maneuvered across support beams and sky cranes. The dome was now in orbit of Earth and began to open revealing…Solaris; a small ball of gas rapidly beginning to grow in size. Solaris spoke to itself once more. “I…am…Reborn?...” Solaris was a large amber sun with obsidian and charcoal spikes erecting from its surface towards the stars. Within its core a large black ring with a large teal epicenter. [c]
Its large eye of ice flicked down to Earth and then to the small pieces of shrapnel drifting in orbit. Solaris began to change its color to red radiation that would reflect down upon Earth pitching the entire planet into an intensive heat and spectrum of red light that was destructive to the human eye. Protex and Doctor Light smiled. “The project is a success.”
Batman took notice of Black Canary and gave her a nod without stopping his pace. That s when it happened, suddenly the entire Watchtower was plunged into darkness with the systems natural green and white lights highlighting the systems. The crew members on board the Watchtower was frozen in shock as the Earth s sun was suddenly non-existent…A black void where it used to reside. Batman s chin became protruding and he began running up to the command center where Superman and Mister Terrific were. “Report!” (Just seconds prior) Mister Terrific glanced at Superman. “Hey Supes, everything s under management…Want me to see if there s someone who can use you? Manhunter and Hawkgirl are dealing with a secret alien invasion conspiracy if you re--” suddenly the room turned black and Mister Terrific began reading over the systems. “Wait a minute. Something new has come up…” [c]
Batman walked onto the command bridge and spoke “report!” Mister Terrific did just that to both senior members of the Justice League International “The sun, it s gone. Telescopes from Tokyo, Mumbai, Nevada, Colorado……All of them reporting that the Earth s sun is no longer in our solar system!” Mister Terrific gritted his teeth to suppress any internal frustration and pain he would feel at that thought. “I…I must ve missed something…Someone had gotten away with this under my nose…” Batman wouldn t bother cheering Mister Terrific up, the damage was done regardless of who s fault it was. It was then the red light came in through the Watchtower s windows and they saw a city sized solar giant in the distance orbiting directly over Earth. “What the hell is that?” were Batman s words as Mister Terrific began rapidly typing away at the keyboard in front of him. [c]
“It's…According to our scanners a gas giant, a sun...but its in the developmental stages…It s growing in size. That close to Earth it will fry the atmosphere and kill everyone on it. If Superman could try to fly through it he may be able to collapse it by destabilizing it. You may need to wear a power suit, Superman. Otherwise that red solar radiation will do a number on you…it may even kill you.” Batman would object. “Are you sure that s a good idea? Right now this solar giant is the *only* sun we have in our system, without it our--“ Mister Terrific cut Batman off.- “Our whole system will begin to lose gravity stabilization and drift apart. I know, but we can t have it sit this close to Earth for too long. Once it gets to the size of the moon it will be like the hottest day of the summer instantly.”
Black Canary
Black Canary give a sweet smile to Batman as he nodded to her and kept going to her room. Which floor was it on again? and then the lights went out. Great not again, we just got a new Watch Tower... No... the sun went out. The sun went out!? She stood there just staring through the shielded glass. What... what could be doing this?! She knew there was little she could do... but she could only stare and wonder what could be going on down on earth. Imagining people freaking in building andin cars. Hoping the automatic lights would come on quick enough for them. She started to sprint to her room. when then there was a bright redish light. A new sun?!a red one?! And it was close. Too close. She had no idea what was going on. But she had a feeling all hands on deck would be needed. She resumed sprinting to her room, quickly changing into her uniform. She just hoped people on Earth were handlign this okay. (c)
Black Canary
Dressed she ran to a transporter pad, ready to go to any rioting or looting which may be occuring. she tapped her earpiece. "Canary here, in transporter 1, ready to go anywhere I m needed." (e)
Green Lantern
Hal crossed his arms over his chest and looked down. He felt really bad letting Tom down like this as he had promised to really work at getting everything done. As for Diana, he had explained to her all that he knew. That she d been taken over by the Star Sapphire and what he knew it did. Aside from that, any confusion was shared between them since he didn t have a complete idea about the whole thing worked and he hadn t been there went it happened. Then it went dark. "Hey who turnedout the lights?" the Lantern remarked, looking out to the nearby window and seeing the sun was... gone. "Shit!" he cursed and up into the air he went, aura surrounding his body and darting through the air towards the command center of the Watchtower. "Alright. What brain dead experiment is some nutjob doing on outer space that s taken out the sun?!" -c-
Green Lantern
moving over to stand by the small gathering, he caught the tail end of Terrific s statement about having Superman fly through the sun. "I don t mean to rain on anyone s parade but if it s too close then why don t we just move it. I mean, I ve got a Ring that let s me do some crazy things after all. Big Blue and I can take care of it?"
Lex walked to a highly advanced, gigantic computer attached to the laboratory s wall, where among other things, a television screen showed satellite images of Metropolis, the Justice League Watchtower and the Sun. After typing specific commands, followed by a long password, Lex Luthor pressed enter. Suddenly, the metallic floor around the dome began to open, revealing an even lower floor, far larger than all the previous floors combined. It wasn t a lab, but rather a launching site, with a rocket designed and built by Luthor himself sitting in it s center. Compared to other rockets that were usually launched into space under official government procedures, it seemed small, but it s unique fuel made it s speed much faster, more than capable of reaching orbit. Luthor smirked, amused with himself. "I know it is rather bombastic and loud, but in the long run it proved much easier than transporting Solaris to NASA"
Lex Luthor: He said in a soft tone as he walked towards a metallic platform, and with the press of a button, Luthor was slowly lowered towards the launching site. Soon the dome had been lowered and attached to the small rocket, and after some more minutes of preparation, setting coordinates through the computer, adjusting the countdown, the satellite was finally launched. The citizens of Metropolis would be stunned as out of seemingly nowhere, a rocket emerged through the city s large river, heading into space at absurd speeds. At the same time, thanks to Photox abilities, the Sunlight seemed to fade, engulfing the Solar System into darkness. Not for long, however, for as soon as it had left the Earth s atmosphere, the Dome was detached, Solaris alive at last, it s strong rays of scarlet light illuminating the planet. A grin formed on Luthor s lips as he watched through the computer screen, the skyline turning into a deep crimson red. "I won."
Superman: Clark felt the change before the darkness hit, his vision was less sharp, his hearing gradually fading below superhuman levels. He was still Superman, but for how much longer? Then darkness, he immediately looked for the sun in the sky as Batman depended the report. He allowed the men to have their discussion, before shaking his head. “No, it doesn t make sense, something or someone with the ability to send the sun away and all of us missed it? Don t get me wrong, people, we re not perfect by any means, and all of us make mistakes, but all of us making the same mistake at the same time? It doesn t make sense.” Clark s memory was still as sharp as a razor, he d been observing all he could during the status report. “The sun was there, less than a minute ago it was hanging where it always was, untouched. You re telling me that someone found a way to move it, that a being exists that can do that without leaving a trace?” The league had been up against some heavy hitters, heavy hitters were the entire reason the league was created. They had been taken by surprise before, but a surprise this large and no one had any information? It seemed too neat. Still, with nothing more to go on other than they had nothing to go on, Terrific s plan and Hal s method seemed to be their best shot. “The suit might allow me to pull the Earth out of the kill zone for the new sun, but with no Yellow sun, I won t be able to pull it far before I m drained. We re going to need to find out what happened to our sun and soon if I m going to be any use to anyone. I m going to need Lantern s help, after that, I m not sure how much I ll have.” Turning to Mr Terrific, he made his way toward Green Lantern and the armory that held the power suit. He hated this, the point of the league was to have someone there to catch you when you fell, still, with the sun out of play, Superman was a mere pawn on the board, and he hated nothing more than feeling useless. “We re going to need all hands on this one, the earth is about to be melted, not only that threat, but we re going to have mass panic. We need people on the ground. Let s go, Hal, we ve got a planet to move.” His own inner doubts weren t going to help anyone, all he could do was his best and trust that the people he d trusted for so long could. no, would pull through.
Wonder Woman
Her bright blue eyes went wide and then narrowed as the amber light flashed. Really? Someone stole the sun? If she wasn t as used to the strangeness of her own world, and couldn t very well see it herself, she may not have believed it. The explaination of the dangers attached to the red sun, aside from the potential to eliminate one of the power players from action, were dire. A warm smile did pass over her face as Hal showed up. There was business to be conducted so she kept it at that, offering a cordial nod in addition to the smile, but no more. The Amazon kept quiet but looked to Hal as he spoke about pulling the Earth out of the way. "If Superman cannot offer assistance, maybe I could?" she said, looking between the two men, letting her hand rest on Clark s shoulder while he eyes held Hal s. Diana wasn t sure he was going to let this one fly, but then again, there weren t a lot of options. If Clark didn t have his strenght, she was pretty much the only one who could help him, even

with her new found apprehension of open space given recent events. Her offer was two fold, she knew how troubling it could be to be facing the loss of one s strength, especially when one was as strong and impervious as she and Clark were. -e-
Zatanna
Zatanna and the children were enjoying the monkeys when she felt something. It was like a sucker punch and nearly made her lost her balance. Something was off, very off. It was... she paused sensing, there had been a shift in cosmic energies... a big one! she gave a slight grimace so kids couldn t see she was concerned, something big was at work here... Just then Mikey, her stage manager, came running up. "Zee? Could you step away for a moment? I need to talk to you." You didn t need a crystal ball to see Mikey was freaking out, trying to remain calm around the children. she walked over and whispered."What is it?" Figuring that this cosmic change might be on the news. Mikey gave her a hard look, "Just step to the window in the Green Room, you ll see it. I ll watch the kiddos." the Magician went to the requested window and gasped. There was a red sun over head, overly low in the sky. and their yellow sun... she couldn t sense it... No wonder she felt a shift in the balance. (c)
Zatanna
No wonder she felt a shift in the cosmic balance! she whispered, "Tel em esnes erehw ruo wolley nus si." hoping her magic could help guide her to a conclusion, as tohow a something so comically important as star could be snuffed out. Hoping that augmenting her magical senses wouldn t overload her too much. (e)
“Lantern is right, we *should* move the new gas giant into position, but we don t know anything about that gas giant and its suddenly appeared. It s most likely artificial or manufactured. It can t stay where it is, but placing it at the center can be all the more devastating as leaving it where it is now.” Mister Terrific would display a large view screen for Green Lantern, Wonder Woman, Batman, and Superman to see. “If we move the new sun towards Mars, 5 points off from it, it should do it…at least for now until we come up with how to return our old sun back to alignment.” Mister Terrific laid out the plan for everyone, now assignments were needed. “Green Lantern, Superman, and Wonder Woman will move the new sun into position next to Mars Make sure its distance isn t too close… Batman-…” Batman began walking away and spoke over the shoulder with a grumpy tone. “Don t tell me what I m going to do…I m going to find answers.” [c]
Mister Terrific paused and frowned. “Oh…kay…As much as I d like to talk about Batman s emotional issues of helplessness, I think we need to get underway.” Meanwhile Batman made his way to the transporters and beamed down to Earth onto Zatanna s building. He began wondering through her stage theater searching for her. Entering her back stage he narrowed his eyes searching for Zatanna. If he found her he would speak calmly. “Zatanna, I need your help.”
Solaris eye peered down at Earth and studied the planet below. “Life…So many tiny creatures…My tiny creatures…” Solaris size was gradually increasing to the size of a quarter of the moon expanding size as satellites began to burn and become melted by the mass of heat directly exposed to the harmful rays of pure burning heat. Zatanna s magic would pick up and sense that there was magic blocking the sun but that the sun was in fact still there and only concealed by magic.
Black Canary
Black Canary, was listening to the plan as the heavy hitters figured out what to do with a new sun over her ear piece. "I m going to visit a buddy of mine STAR labs and see if they have any information on any of their space monitoring systems, see if we can get any new information." and with that she was transported away. Findingherself near the entrance of STAR labs. She strolled in and grinned at the security at the entrance as well as the receptionist. "May I speak to Nathan West please? Thejustice League needs his help." she smiled at a very shocked secretary. (e)
Zatanna
Batman would find Zatanna leaning on a window sill, her eyes looking out vacantly out the window as she glanced around as if looking at something intently. She didn t even notice Batman until he spoke. she blinked as she turned around, as if focusing her eyes on something close was hard to see. she smiled as she saw him. "Hello Batman. About the missing sun right? I was just looking into that myself." she leaned against the window sill. "I ve got good news and bad news. Good news, our yellow sun is still in it s same place. Bad news, it s shrowded in magic. I can only get a hint of it from here. I could find out more in medetation or perhaps if I was in space. If I can get a good feel for it, I may be able to pierce and destroy this veil... although with two suns showing at the same time, we may be upsetting the cosmic balance, we might have serious problems." she said. Trying to think of anyone she knew who was powerful to cover up a sun.

Dressed she ran to a transporter pad, ready to go to any rioting or looting which may be occuring. she tapped her earpiece. "Canary here, in transporter 1, ready to go anywhere I m needed." (e)
