In spite of his seemingly random way of operating, there is in fact a method to his madness. Pun intended. His ability to plot complex and methodical schemes is only rivaled by how well he is can adapt at the drop of a dime. While he may not be considered one of the smartest
-Explosives Expert: Joker is able to create and operate explosives of various types, at a masterful rate.
-Chemistry: Joker holds a high level of understanding when it comes to chemistry. A skill that assisted him in creating his infamous Joker Venom.
Equipment:
Joker Venom – A custom made poison created by the Joker himself, often used as his signature calling card. It can be converted into either a liquid of gas state. The effects of the poison include extreme paleness of the skin, high reddening of the lips, yellow stained eyes and teeth, along with the uncontrollable desire to give off a mad laughter. The victim often perishing from suffocation due to this laughter as well as suffering effects of severe muscle contractions, spasms and paralysis. Its activation can either be immediate or delayed while it festers in the victim’s blood stream. The Venom itself is so strong that it has been capable of affecting the likes of Superman.
Joy Buzzer – A device strapped within the palm of the Joker’s hand, which on contact may send voltage levels that range from paralyzing and / or knocking the target unconscious, to completely frying the target until their skin blisters and hair burst into flames.
-The Pin: A small and very sharp pin that can replace the buzzer, often dipped in Joker Venom and used to directly and discreetly infect others.
Acid Flower – Often found on the front of his jacket or shirt is a simple looking flower, which actually squirts concentrated levels of acid from the center of its bud when activated. The vial containing the acid can be replaced with something as harmful as Joker Venom, to something as harmless as water.
Clattering Teeth - Small pairs of mechanical teeth that hop around and clatter loudly. They’re often used as nothing but a distracting gag, though it is possible for him to have custom explosive teeth as well.
Big Bang Gun – A seemingly ordinary revolver or pistol which shoots out a harmless flag from the chamber which reads ‘BANG!’. Though the first ‘shot’ is often a harmless gag, the following rounds are often extremely lethal in comparison to the first.

Various Other Toys – From razor sharp playing cards and knives to machine guns and rocket launchers, the tools at Joker’s exposal are virtually limitless.
Powers / Abilities
Super Sanity – Joker displays rapidly changing mood swings which hint at borderline personality disorder, yet he has no trace of associated associated identity problems. He displays signs of deep narcissism but still holds a well-developed sense of others. Highly charismatic and social, yet shows signs of being a highly functioning sufferer of antisocial personality disorder. He’s not a psychotic but he is a psychopath. To put it simply, Joker’s ‘insanity’ is so deeply rooted and complex, it fails to entirely be classified. He is in a class of his own. Arkham psychologist’s collectively created the term ‘Super Sanity’ to better describe his mental state. A level of sanity which goes beyond that of anyone else, which allows him to take in sensory information at an alarming rate, allowing him to understand all things in a way no one else can. As a result, he is forced to recreate himself nearly every day in some way, shape or form. This allows for certain personalities to shine through such as the slapstick and gag loving Joker, the gangster Clown Prince of Crime, or even the Agent of Chaos, the Jester of Genocide. Perhaps even a combination of them all and then some.
Pain Resistance – Whether it be due to his chemical dipped body or his possible masochistic nature, Joker doesn’t react to pain quite normally. In fact, he often laughs at it.
Tainted Blood - His blood is very much so like a poison in its own right. Insects that have fed upon the Clown seemingly die a painful death due to it.
Poison Immunity - Joker is immune to both his Joker Venom and various other forms of poisons known to man.
Cheating Death – The Joker has found himself in the cold clutches of death quite a number of times … and seemed to slip from its grasp on a consistent basis. He has been shot at, stabbed, electrocuted, fell from great heights, and even caught in explosions, yet either by dumb luck or a masterful recovery process, he keeps coming back to deliver another punchline.
Manipulation - The Joker is quite experienced in bending or breaking the wills and minds of others. Fear tactics, charisma and overall charm are just a few of the many tools he uses to influences people into seeing the funny side of life.
Indomitable Will – While most gain their willpower from dedicated training and self-discipline, Joker’s will is fueled by his nearly bottomless depths of madness. His resolve of being the Agent of Chaos that he is makes it so walking any other possible path impossible. His mind, a never ending storm of havoc, anarchy and gags, cannot be entirely understood or comprehended. Mind readers find it nearly impossible to grasp his thoughts without losing themselves in the tide of madness. The Spectre, one of the most powerful beings in the DC Universe, is unable to cast judgement on the Joker. Batman explains it is due to Joker not truly knowing the difference between right and wrong.
Weaknesses
Madness – Just as his madness seems to be the driving force that fuels his actions and protection against the dreadfulness of sanity, it also is his weakness. Various symptoms such as his impulsiveness, radical actions and ever changing way of thinking causes him to be an unstoppable force of nature, while also forcing him to get in his own way at times. While he holds hundreds of plots and schemes in his twisted mind, he often finds it hard to completely finish an idea before it can come to complete fruition.
Batman – His love. Best friend. Partner. Soul mate. Other half. It’s his obsession with Batman that proves to be a glaring weakness of Joker’s at times. Almost all of his plans either revolve around the Bat or have connections to him in some way, shape or form. His obsession and admiration for the Bat also keeps Joker from actually killing him often as well. Time’s where he had Batman dead to rights, Joker will often change his mind or find a way out of finishing the job. As much as he claims to want to kill the Bat, he has stated that he needs the Batman to ‘complete’ him just as many times.
Human Weaknesses – Pain resistance, poison immunity and uncanny ability to cheat death aside, The Joker is still just a human being that suffers most of the human’s physical weaknesses.

-The Joker selectively murders a reporter, a local millionaire and attempts to poison Gotham’s water supply.
-Was stopped by Batman and taken to Arkham Asylum for the first time.
Year 2 (2011)
-Shoots Barbara Gordon through the spine, paralyzing her from the waist down.
-Captures Commissioner Gordon, attempting to drive the man insane.
-Was eventually stopped by Batman and placed n Arkham yet again.
Year 3 (2013)
-Uses Jason Todd’s (Robin) mother to lure him into a trap.
-Tortured Jason Todd by beating him severely with a crowbar.
-Killed both Jason Todd and his mother in an explosion.

-Meet’s Doctor Harleen Quinzel in Arkham
-Manipulates her to help him escape.

Audition post
“Welcome back everyone to Gotham’s number one morning show, ‘Gotham at Eight’. I’m your host, Rebecca Sanders.” It seemed as if there was to be another beautiful morning in Gotham City. The news channel played through the majority of the city while Gotham’s citizens began their morning rituals. Children leaving for school, adults; for work. Birds were singing, the sun was shining and all seemed to be well, even in a city as unwell as Gotham. A moment of peace that could truly be appreciated … but oh, how it only lasted for a moment.
Visual’s on the news channel would be cut out. A black screen overtaking the image of the weatherman foretelling this week’s outdoor conditioning. Silence filled the air … and then from the darkness, sound would be heard. It started off so very feint but seemed to increase in both volume and length. A sound that sent chills down the spine of all that were unfortunate enough to hear. The sound of laughter.
”Aaaahahahaeeeh…. Gooooood Morning Gotham.” A spot light dropped from above, focusing its illumination on a single form. A man with green slicked hair, bleached white flesh, with the look of madness in his eyes and the wide, disturbed smile to match it. ”I’m baaaack! AahahahaheheheHA! Oh yes. That’s right. Uncle J live and in full color.” the smile managing to fade ever so gently into that of a wide grin now. ”Did’ja miss me!?!?” not bothering to wait for an answer he’d never receive, Joker would continue. ”I’ve been away for a while. I know. I know. Absent for such a long period of time. Not around to bring that gags and giggles. Hehehe… the smiles!”A left hand rose to cover his grilled grin, only to have the tattooed smile cover his lower features. Even still, that unsettling cackle could be heard.
”I’ve been taking some time to myself.” the hand that once covered his face now rose to run his fingers through his well-kept hair. ” Contemplating. Plotting. Scheming. And boy, do I have a whoooole new bag of jokes ready to knock you DEAD! Hahaheh. But the fun will all come in due time.” his hand reaching, slapping at the side of the camera he was recording himself with as if slapping the cheek of his viewers. Making the entire visual shake and wobble for a few seconds while he continued to speak. ” Besides! It’s too early in the evening for my number one fan.” He’d lean in real close to the camera, forcing his eyes to lock dead center into the focus of the machine. “wouldn’t want you to miss even a ‘second’ of the fun, would we Bats?!” an intense glare of sorts would remain. A twitch of his right eye occurring… and then suddenly a muffled sound could be heard coming from the back. It almost sounded like a whimper.
“HA! I had almost forgot! My special guest this evening.” he’d back away from the camera, a quick glimpse of his attire being seen more clearly now. A long flowing purple jacket slung over his frame, while his bare chest, riddled with various other tattoo’s and scarring could be quickly seen. His hand violently guided the camera to the left, revealing a man tied up in a chair. His body squirming while his mouth remained gagged up. He was almost entirely naked, wearing nothing more than a pair of boxers at the time being. “Familiar face, Gotham? It should be.” The Joker, quite literally leapt on the man’s lap, focusing the camera right at his face. “Oh yes. If it isn’t our favorite presidential candidate. Mr. Ronaaaald Stump!”
The fear sparking from the man’s eyes, which were strained from the tears he cried, was heartbreaking to look at. Not so oddly enough, The Joker couldn’t help but find every bit of humor in the situation. “HahahHAHEHeahaha!” Stump’s security hadn’t even known the man was missing from his house until this video was being broadcasted. Most likely didn’t know about his wife who was bled out in the bathroom tub, either. The camera shifted away and returned back to The Joker’s paled visage and grin.
“See, me and this chunk of hunk here were talking over a few things.” His facial expression getting a bit more serious now, even with all the whimpering and crying going on in the background. “ Getting down and dirty over the REAL issues of America, you see. The false sense of security … the illusion of order … it’s all rather sickening if you ask me. We bumped heads from time to time and it took some thorough … convincing on my part … but I believe I managed to get Mr. Stump to see things my way! To truly appreciate the ‘funnier’ side of life, heheHA. So! I’d like to announce the official resignation of Candidate Stumpy and present his new successor…. ME!” a smug grin formed over the Clown Prince of Crime’s mug while he giggled .. and yet another laugh could be heard not too far off.
“Not to worry, kiddies. Stumpy won’t be too far off. In fact, he’s my head mascot for my presidential campaign!” the shaking hand held camera would turn once again, facing Mr. Stump one last time. If anyone hadn’t seen him sitting there before, they’d fail to recognize him. Skin turning ghostly pale. Teeth fading to a sickly yellow. Eyes almost as wide as the grin on his face. The smile forced so hard that it began to make his gums bleed a crimson liquid that perfectly matched his ruby red lips. All while moaning out a forced cackle. The man’s fate was sealed long ago. He had already been poisoned with Joker Venom and it was only a matter of time before it kicked it.
Suddenly, The Joker’s face would slide into focus, rubbing cheek to cheek with the now ‘ex’ presidential candidate. “Joker. For. President … Heheh… Hehhahahe… HAHAHEHAHA!!! HAAAAAHAHAHA!!!” Hail to the Chief played in the background while the clown continued to laugh madly. The grip on the camera loosened with how hard he was laughing. The device slipped from his grasp, tumbling straight down to the ground. It’s screen had cracked but the audio continued to play. The laughter continued to hauntingly ring out like a never ending nightmare … until finally the signal cut out. A second later, television sets had focused back on the original News station being watched. Anchor men and women sitting with their hands covering their mouth with the look of confusion and terror riddling over their faces.

Villains: Harley Quinn
Plot: The Joker finds out that while he’s been off the radar, Harley has gotten herself locked up in Arkham again. That doesn’t sit too well with the Jester of Genocide, so he decides to break her out of the joint, going through anyone that gets in his way.
Joker’s Presidential Party Gathering
Heroes: Anyone from the Bat Family
Villains: Two Face, Penguin, Scarecrow, Killer Croc, Deadshot, Riddler … basically any Gotham based baddy willing and able to join
Plot: You’d be silly if you thought Joker had actually been ‘joking’ about his presidential campaign! You’d be absolutely wrong! Dead wrong, in fact. While The Joker may obviously see himself as the prime candidate to be Commander and Chief, he understands that no campaign is successful without a proper campaign party. So, he goes about gathering the attention of every villain in Gotham and offers them a piece of his Presidential pie, so long as they fully support him with all the possible resources / muscle they have to offer. Ties will be made as well as broken. Deals with be met and destroyed. Vote for Joker!... Or die! Haha!

”Aaaahahahaeeeh…. Gooooood Morning Gotham.” A spot light dropped from above, focusing its illumination on a single form. A man with green slicked hair, bleached white flesh, with the look of madness in his eyes and the wide, disturbed smile to match it. ”I’m baaaack! AahahahaheheheHA! Oh yes. That’s right. Uncle J live and in full color.” the smile managing to fade ever so gently into that of a wide grin now. ”Did’ja miss me!?!?” not bothering to wait for an answer he’d never receive, Joker would continue. ”I’ve been away for a while. I know. I know. Absent for such a long period of time. Not around to bring that gags and giggles. Hehehe… the smiles!”A left hand rose to cover his grilled grin, only to have the tattooed smile cover his lower features. Even still, that unsettling cackle could be heard.
”I’ve been taking some time to myself.” the hand that once covered his face now rose to run his fingers through his well-kept hair. ” Contemplating. Plotting. Scheming. And boy, do I have a whoooole new bag of jokes ready to knock you DEAD! Hahaheh. But the fun will all come in due time.” his hand reaching, slapping at the side of the camera he was recording himself with as if slapping the cheek of his viewers. Making the entire visual shake and wobble for a few seconds while he continued to speak. ” Besides! It’s too early in the evening for my number one fan.” He’d lean in real close to the camera, forcing his eyes to lock dead center into the focus of the machine. “wouldn’t want you to miss even a ‘second’ of the fun, would we Bats?!” an intense glare of sorts would remain. A twitch of his right eye occurring… and then suddenly a muffled sound could be heard coming from the back. It almost sounded like a whimper.
“HA! I had almost forgot! My special guest this evening.” he’d back away from the camera, a quick glimpse of his attire being seen more clearly now. A long flowing purple jacket slung over his frame, while his bare chest, riddled with various other tattoo’s and scarring could be quickly seen. His hand violently guided the camera to the left, revealing a man tied up in a chair. His body squirming while his mouth remained gagged up. He was almost entirely naked, wearing nothing more than a pair of boxers at the time being. “Familiar face, Gotham? It should be.” The Joker, quite literally leapt on the man’s lap, focusing the camera right at his face. “Oh yes. If it isn’t our favorite presidential candidate. Mr. Ronaaaald Stump!”
The fear sparking from the man’s eyes, which were strained from the tears he cried, was heartbreaking to look at. Not so oddly enough, The Joker couldn’t help but find every bit of humor in the situation. “HahahHAHEHeahaha!” Stump’s security hadn’t even known the man was missing from his house until this video was being broadcasted. Most likely didn’t know about his wife who was bled out in the bathroom tub, either. The camera shifted away and returned back to The Joker’s paled visage and grin.
“See, me and this chunk of hunk here were talking over a few things.” His facial expression getting a bit more serious now, even with all the whimpering and crying going on in the background. “ Getting down and dirty over the REAL issues of America, you see. The false sense of security … the illusion of order … it’s all rather sickening if you ask me. We bumped heads from time to time and it took some thorough … convincing on my part … but I believe I managed to get Mr. Stump to see things my way! To truly appreciate the ‘funnier’ side of life, heheHA. So! I’d like to announce the official resignation of Candidate Stumpy and present his new successor…. ME!” a smug grin formed over the Clown Prince of Crime’s mug while he giggled .. and yet another laugh could be heard not too far off.
“Not to worry, kiddies. Stumpy won’t be too far off. In fact, he’s my head mascot for my presidential campaign!” the shaking hand held camera would turn once again, facing Mr. Stump one last time. If anyone hadn’t seen him sitting there before, they’d fail to recognize him. Skin turning ghostly pale. Teeth fading to a sickly yellow. Eyes almost as wide as the grin on his face. The smile forced so hard that it began to make his gums bleed a crimson liquid that perfectly matched his ruby red lips. All while moaning out a forced cackle. The man’s fate was sealed long ago. He had already been poisoned with Joker Venom and it was only a matter of time before it kicked it.
Suddenly, The Joker’s face would slide into focus, rubbing cheek to cheek with the now ‘ex’ presidential candidate. “Joker. For. President … Heheh… Hehhahahe… HAHAHEHAHA!!! HAAAAAHAHAHA!!!” Hail to the Chief played in the background while the clown continued to laugh madly. The grip on the camera loosened with how hard he was laughing. The device slipped from his grasp, tumbling straight down to the ground. It’s screen had cracked but the audio continued to play. The laughter continued to hauntingly ring out like a never ending nightmare … until finally the signal cut out. A second later, television sets had focused back on the original News station being watched. Anchor men and women sitting with their hands covering their mouth with the look of confusion and terror riddling over their faces.

Heroes: Anyone from the Bat family
Villains: Harley Quinn
Plot: The Joker finds out that while he’s been off the radar, Harley has gotten herself locked up in Arkham again. That doesn’t sit too well with the Jester of Genocide, so he decides to break her out of the joint, going through anyone that gets in his way.
Joker’s Presidential Party Gathering
Heroes: Anyone from the Bat Family
Villains: Two Face, Penguin, Scarecrow, Killer Croc, Deadshot, Riddler … basically any Gotham based baddy willing and able to join
Plot: You’d be silly if you thought Joker had actually been ‘joking’ about his presidential campaign! You’d be absolutely wrong! Dead wrong, in fact. While The Joker may obviously see himself as the prime candidate to be Commander and Chief, he understands that no campaign is successful without a proper campaign party. So, he goes about gathering the attention of every villain in Gotham and offers them a piece of his Presidential pie, so long as they fully support him with all the possible resources / muscle they have to offer. Ties will be made as well as broken. Deals with be met and destroyed. Vote for Joker!... Or die! Haha!
